What Is Included

Every retouched image receives the following as standard:

• White background clip with natural shadows

• Studio-quality retouching

• Scratch, dust, and blemish removal

• Straightening, alignment, and cropping

• Back shank replacement and redrawing as needed

• All other necessary enhancements

One product per image. Each additional item in the same image is charged as a separate image.

Turnaround times exclude weekends and public holidays. For unusually large batches or unforeseen circumstances, the team will contact you as soon as possible if additional time is needed.

When your images are ready, you will receive an email from support@gemiq.com with a download link.

You can also download directly from your GemIQ Retouching Dashboard at any time.
