What If the Retouching Order Dashboard Not Loading?

If your retouching order dashboard is facing loading issues, here are some ways that you can troubleshoot.

Google Chrome User

  1. Go to the top right corner of your Chrome Profile and click on the 3 dots button to open up the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. On the Search Bar, type in ‘Cache’.
  4. Select the option that says: Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Select the ‘Advance’ Tab and choose ‘All Time’.
  6. Ensure that the following selections are ticked.
  7. Select "Clear Data".

Try logging in again.
