Using the Virtual Try-On Models Feature

The Virtual Model Try-On function empowers jewellers with an effortless solution to create model try-on images for their exquisite jewelry products. Leveraging advanced image processing and editing techniques, this feature seamlessly overlays the selected jewelry onto customer images. This professional tool allows customers to visualize how the jewelry appears on them, explore customization options, and make well-informed purchase decisions. It enhances the shopping experience, providing a sophisticated and interactive way for customers to engage with the jewelry offerings.

The Virtual Try On can be created using a few different ways:

  • Using the Create Model Image in the Create Section of the GemHub
  • Using the Create button in the Gallery Section of the GemHub
  • Using the Create Model Image from images in the Gallery
  • Using the Create Model Image on Products Section of the GemHub

Creating Try-On Links in Create Section

  1. Create Try-On Links for your products directly from the Create Section of the GemHub
  2. Click the product type that you want to create the model image for.
  3. Select the image that you want to create the image for

  4. Tap on Next after selecting and you will go into the Try On Link EditorArtboard 45

Creating Try-On Links in the Gallery Section of the GemHub

  1. To create Try On Links for your products directly from the Gallery Section of the GemHub, click on the Create button.

  2. Select the image that you want to create the image for

  3. Tap on Next after selecting to launch the Try On Link EditorArtboard 48

Creating Try On Links from images in the Gallery

  1. To create Try On Links for your products directly from the Gallery Section of the GemHub, click on the 3 dots in the image.

  2. Click on the option Create Model Image to launch the Try On Link EditorArtboard 50

Creating Model Image on Products Section of the GemHub

  1. To create model images through the Product section, click on Products and select the product that you want to create the model image for.

  2. Next, click on Model Image at the bottom of the page.

  3. Confirm the image that you want to create the model try-on image for and click Next to launch the Try On Link Editor.Artboard 53

Using the Try-On Link Editor

  1. The image that you have selected will be shown on the hand template that you have chosen on the right. Here, the background of the image will automatically already be removed You will simply need to place the image of the ring onto your hand model after choosing your desired template.Artboard 54
  2. Next, resize the item using the guides on each side of the image and position it on the finger.

  3. Use the Zoom slider to zoom in on the image for finer adjustments.

  4. Finally, rotate or angle your jewelry piece a little so that it looks natural on the template using the rotation function.

  5. You may also further edit and remove the parts of the image that you do not need with the Erase brush function.

  6. Once you are ready, add the SKU to the item and click on Save.

    💡 Each Try On Model can only be tagged to one SKU and once it has been taken, you will need to create a new SKU for the product or delete the previous Try On image.

  7. Once the Try On is ready, a new window will appear and the newly created template will show on the Product Page.

  8. The newly created image will be now reflected at the top of the Gallery.

Viewing Your Try-On Link

  1. To view the product as how your customers will see it, select the image and click on Share

  2. A popup window will appear. To view the Try On image, click on Open Link

  3. This will open up a new window with the Unique URL and the Try On Model will show together with the product information associated with them.
