      Viewing Your Subscription and User Login Limit

      Viewing your Subscription

      Here is how to view your subscription on the GemLightbox Application.

      For iOS Users

      1. Tap on Settings.

      2. Go to your Profile.

      3. For Paid Plans, there will be an additional section, Subscriptions.

      4. Tap in to see the status, renewal date as well as used space for your subscription.

      1. Tap on Settings.

      2. Go to your General Settings.

      3. Tap on Profile.

      4. For Paid Plans, there will be an additional section, Subscriptions.

      5. Tap in to see the status, renewal date as well as used space for your subscription.

      User Login Limit

      To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we recommend using a single user login on one device at a time.

      Our application is thoughtfully designed for individual device access, and signing in on a new device will conveniently log out the previous session. However, you can still use the same login credentials to access GemHub on multiple devices.
