- Reinstall GemHub:
- Uninstall GemHub from your device and then reinstall it again.
- Change USB Port:
- Try connecting your device to a different USB A / USB C port.
- Clear Cache:
- Open GemHub and navigate to the Help section.
- Select Troubleshooting and then click on Clear Cache and Local Data.
- This action will log you out of GemHub and relaunch the application.
- Sign in again and check if the issue persists.
