This guide will walk you through the steps to view, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and renew your subscription plan, ensuring you have full control over your GemHub experience.
To view your current subscription plan, please visit the main page of GemHub or click on the Profile icon located in the top right corner of the page, then select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
View Your Current Subscription
The account or subscriptions tab of your GemHub or Profile on your GemHub mobile application will show the current subscription that you are in.

For a quick view of your current subscription, you will be able to see it on the Dashboard of the GemHub as well.
Activate Your Subscription
- Upon purchase of your GemHub Pro plan, you will receive an email with an activation code:
2. Click on the "Activate GemHub" button to proceed to the GemHub activation page.
3. Enter the activation code, and your subscription will be successfully activated.
Upgrade Your Subscription
You can upgrade your GemHub subscription plan to access additional features, storage, subaccounts, or other features available on a paid plan too:

Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the bottom left of the page where your profile name is.
- Click on the account name and select "Profile"

Navigate to "Subscriptions".
- Select the plan that meet your needs and click "Upgrade".
- Follow the instructions to complete the process.
Downgrade Your Subscription
- Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the bottom left of the Page.

3. Select the plan that meet your needs and click "Downgrade".
Please take note that the number of sub-accounts in the new account has to be the same as the number of sub-accounts in your existing plan. Otherwise, please delete the sub-accounts that you have before downgrading.
Cancel Your Subscription

Login to your GemHub account and click on Profile on the bottom left under the GemHubname

Navigate to "Subscriptions".

Click "Cancel Subscription".
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please be aware that refunds will not be issued for the remaining portion of current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the Pro subscription features until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
Renew Your Subscription
If you change your mind after cancelling your subscription, you can renew it before the end of the billing cycle.

Login to your GemHub account and click on the profile icon on the bottom left of the account name.

Navigate to "Subscriptions".

Click "Renew Subscription"

A pop-up notification will appear to confirm your renewal.
Downloading Invoices
With the Payments and Billing function, users will now be able to download their invoices directly from the GemHub.
Here is how to do it:
- Go to the GemHub and click on Profile
- Select Payments and Billing
- Select the invoice that you wish to download by clicking Export
- The invoice will download as a PDF and you will be able to view it right after through a PDF viewer.
