Managing Your Subscription

A guide to viewing, upgrading, downgrading, cancelling, and renewing your plan.

To view your current subscription plan, you can see it on the main page of GemHub or click on the Profile icon on the top right of the Page and navigate to "Subscriptions".

Upgrade Your Subscription

If you are looking to upgrade your GemHub subscription plan to access additional features, storage, subaccounts, or other features available on a paid plan, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the top right of the Page.

  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions".

  3. Select the plan that meet your needs and click "Upgrade".
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

 

Downgrade Your Subscription

  1. Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the top right of the Page.Profile_icon-1

  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions"

  3. Select the plan that meet your needs and click "Downgrade".

Please take note that the number of subaccounts in the new account has to be the same as the number of subaccounts in your existing plan. Otherwise, please delete the subaccounts that you have before downgrading.

 

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the top right of the Page.

  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions".

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

If you decide to cancel your subscription, please be aware that refunds will not be issued for the remaining portion of current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the Pro subscription features until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.

 

Renew Your Subscription

If you change your mind after cancelling your subscription, you can renew it before the end of the billing cycle.

  1. Login to your GemHub account and click on the Profile icon on the top right of the Page.

  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions".

  3. Click "Renew Subscription"

  4. A pop-up notification will appear to confirm your renew

View Your Current Subscription

The Account or Subscriptions Tab of your GemHub or Profile on your GemLightbox application will show the current subscription that you are in.

For a quick view of your current subscription, you will be able to see it on the Dashboard of the GemHub as well.
