Resolving Green Camera Issue After Initial Calibration
On very rare occasions, the camera may appear green after calibrating for the first time. Please see the steps below should this happen.

Re-calibrate your camera from the settings.

Enable the Tint/Colour Temperature feature and adjust the color manually until you are happy with the colors.
Calibration Button not showing on my GemLightbox Application
Always ensure that
- the Filter is not Set to GemLoupe as the GemLoupe does not require any calibration to start shooting
- For iOS devices - It should not be set to Manual mode
- For android devices - Safe Mode should not be enabled.

Macro Control
The Macro Control on the native lens of the iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max is a newly added feature that works to bring focus on small objects but it could hinder shooting experiences on larger pieces.
To enable / disable Macro Control
- Tap on Settings on your iPhone native application
- Search for Camera
- Scroll down to see Macro Control and enable / disable it.
iPhone 15 Pro Enabling Macro Function in the GemLightbox Application
For iPhone Pro series phones, users will now have access to the Macro Function within the GemLightbox Application.
To turn on the GemLightbox Macro function, simply launch the Camera in the GemLightbox Application and tap on the ‘🌷’button on the bottom left corner of the camera screen.
This will allow you to access the Macro lens of your native phone and start shooting.
