If lines appear on the GemCam control panel after some time, this may be due to dusty or unstable USB-C ports. To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Clean and Secure the USB-C Port:
    • Clean the USB-C port.
    • Ensure the USB-C port is securely connected.
  2. Switch USB-C Data Transfer Cable:
    • Use a different USB-C data transfer cable to check if the issue persists.
  3. Switch Computer:
    • Connect the GemCam to another computer to see if the lines still appear.
