Having Lines Issue on the GemCam Control Panel?
If you notice lines appearing on the GemCam control panel after some time, this may be caused by dust or an unstable USB-C connection.
Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check the USB-C Port

Gently clean the USB-C port on the GemCam.

Make sure the USB-C cable is securely connected.
Try a Different USB-C Cable

Use another USB-C data transfer cable to see if the problem continues.
Test with Another Computer

Connect the GemCam to a different computer and check if the lines still appear.
