If lines appear on the GemCam control panel after some time, this may be due to dusty or unstable USB-C ports. To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
- Clean and Secure the USB-C Port:
- Clean the USB-C port.
- Ensure the USB-C port is securely connected.
- Switch USB-C Data Transfer Cable:
- Use a different USB-C data transfer cable to check if the issue persists.
- Switch Computer:
- Connect the GemCam to another computer to see if the lines still appear.
