Have Questions on GemLightbox Turntable, Eclipse and Aerial?

Can I buy the Turntable on its own?

Please note that the GemLightbox Turntable is only compatible with the GemLightbox.

The GemLightbox turntable is a add-on accessory for the GemLightbox and will only work with the GemLightbox.

How do I clean my GemLightbox Turntable and Eclipse?

Occasionally, dust and oil may gather on the circular plate of your Turntable. To clean the circular plate, please use a wet cloth with cool water and carefully wipe away any dust and oil.

Please do not attempt to vigorously scrub the circular plate as it may damage the film finish.

Can Turntable be used for necklace and earring stand?

The necklace and earring stand accessory is not designed to be used on top of the Turntable.

Instead, we recommend using the GemLightbox Aerial to capture videos of your earrings and necklaces.

What Is the Direction When the Video Rotates?

The GemLightbox Turntable and GemLightbox Aerial can be controlled via the GemLightbox Application to rotate in the following directions:

  • 15-degree intervals: Rotate clockwise or anti-clockwise by tapping the left or right buttons on the camera screen.

  • 360-degree video option: Rotates clockwise in one full rotation, returning to the original position.

  • 90-degree video option: Rotates 90° clockwise, then 180° anti-clockwise, and finally 90° clockwise back to the original position.

  • 45-degree video option: Rotates 45° clockwise, then 90° anti-clockwise, and then 45° clockwise back to the original position.

Will GemLightbox Eclipse Work with Dangling Pieces of Jewelry?

The GemLightbox Eclipse is specifically designed for small jewelry items such as rings, small bracelets, gemstones, and stud earrings.

For dangling pieces of jewelry, we recommend using the GemLightbox Aerial. To achieve black background images and videos, simply insert a black cloth or paper inside the GemLightbox.

If your GemLightbox Aerial was purchased after August 2020, it should come with a set of black T-bar stands. These allow you to capture complete black background videos for dangling earrings.
