What is the File Types and Sizes of Images and Videos?

The GemLightbox app captures an image with JPEG file format and a video MP4 file type.

The GemLightbox app captures an image with around 700kb - 3 MB file size and a video with approximately 30-50 MB file size depending on the mobile device used.

The GemLightbox application can switch your camera ratio based on your social media upload.

Minimum Pixel Size in the GemLightbox Application

The minimum default is 1080x1080 pixels.

For users under the paid plan, you will be able to export images in a different resolution from the GemHub.

To do so:

1. Select the image that you want to download
2. Click on Download
3. Adjust the image size that you want to change it to
4. Click on download to download the image.
