      Downloading and Exporting From Your Catalog

      Downloading Media Files From Catalog

      Users are now able to download files directly from the catalog share links.

      In order to download media file:

      1. Login to the GemLightbox and click on the Profile avatar on the top right of the window.

      2. Click on Share Settings.

      3. Ensure that the Show Download Button selection is turned on.

      4. Once you are done, click on Save Changes to save your selection.

      5. Now, click on Catalog.

      6. Select the Catalog that you will want to Share.

      7. Once you are in the selected Catalog, click on the Share button on the top right hand of the window.

      8. A floating window will pop up. Click on Open Link.

      9. Now, select the products that you want to download. You may choose to click Select All if you want to download all the media files in the catalog.

      10. Last, click on Download for the download to start.Artboard 32-3

      Exporting PDF From A Catalog Page

      A PDF can be exported from the GemHub’s catalog page by clicking the download button.

      The file will be downloaded as PDF with information about the product such as follows:

      1. Images
      2. SKU
      3. Price
      4. Metal
      5. Stone Type
      6. Captured with
      7. CT weight
      8. QR Code

      For Firefox browsers, the file will be opened on the same browser and there is a need to save it as PDF from there. Please see screenshot below.
