Creating a Picup Media retouching account

Picup Media account is used for the following:

  1. Place a Retouching order or a Product order.
  2. Check the status of your order.
  3. Request a revision for your Retouching order.
  4. Download your previous orders or invoices.

To create a new Picup Media account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click "My Account" on the Picup Media homepage.

  2. Click "Create an account".

  3. Enter your full name, company website, and email. Click "CONTINUE".

  4. Enter your address, your phone number, and your chosen password. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT".
  5. You will be automatically redirected to your account

Logging in to your Picup Media retouching account

  1. Go to the website
  2. Enter your email address and password in the login form on the page.
  3. Click on the "Login" button to submit your login details.
  4. If you have entered the correct login details, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.

If you're having trouble logging in, you can try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and following the prompts to reset your password.
