Changing Your Email Address

Currently, it is not possible to change the email address associated with your GemHub account once it has been created.

However, if you need to use a different email, you have the option to transfer your Pro subscription to a new account.

How to Transfer Your Subscription to a New GemHub Account

Follow these steps to move your Pro subscription from one GemHub account to another:

  1. Create a New GemHub Account

    • Sign up for a new GemHub account using your preferred email address.
  2. Contact Support

    • Send an email to support@picupmedia.com with the following details:
      • New GemHub email account (the one you want to transfer your subscription to)
      • Old GemHub email account (the one currently linked to your subscription)
  3. Subscription Transfer

    • Once we receive your request, our team will update your subscription to reflect the new email account.

Important Reminder

Before logging out of your old account, download any images or videos that you want to keep, as they will not be transferred automatically.
