Free Plan Users

1. Create a new account to use as your main account.

Paid Plan Users

1. Create a new account using your preferred registered email.
2. Enter the payment details in the new account.
3. Send an email to support@picupmedia.com with the new email address that you want to switch to, and our team will update the subscription to your new email account.

It's important to note that any images or videos that you want to keep should be downloaded from the original account before logging out.
