Minimizing Jewelry Movement When Using the GemLightbox Pro
Shaking can happen when your jewelry or setup isn’t fully stable. This might be caused by table vibrations, nearby movement, or the jewelry design itself.
As the turntable rotates, any slight movement can become more noticeable due to a pendulum effect. Here’s how to reduce shaking:
Let the jewelry settle before recording
After placing earrings or pendants in the magnetic holder, gently hold them still and release slowly. This helps reduce swing time.
Use the slow rotation speed
Recording videos at a slower speed helps minimize shaking.
Add support for unstable pieces
If the jewelry has only 2 points of contact and doesn’t stay steady, use Blu Tack or jeweler’s putty to hold it in place. Apply it at the base or where needed for extra support.
