Adding Payment Details

Quick Answer

You can save a credit or debit card directly in the GemHub under your account's Payments and Billing settings. Once saved, your card will be used automatically when your subscription renews.

Before You Start

You must be logged in to your GemIQ account.

Have your credit or debit card ready (card number, expiration date, and security code).

Steps

In GemIQ, click your Profile icon and select Payments and Billing.

Click Add Card and enter your card details: - Card number - Expiration date - Security code (CVV)

Click Add to save your card.

Expected Result

Your card will appear as a saved payment method in Payments and Billing. It will be charged automatically when your subscription renews.

If This Does Not Work

  • Card not saving: Ensure that the card belongs to one of the cards we accept. Check that all fields are filled in correctly, including the security code.

  • Page not loading: Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache, then sign in again.

  • Error message at checkout: Confirm your card is enabled for international or online transactions with your bank.

  • No "Add Card" button visible: Your account may already have a saved card. Scroll down in the Payments and Billing section to review existing cards.

Common Mistakes

  • Entering the wrong expiration date format — use MM/YY as shown on your card.

  • Using a card that may be declined for recurring billing.

  • Using a card that we do not accept
  • Not clicking Add to confirm — closing the dialog early will not save the card.
