Picup Media's physical products come with a warranty period that varies from 1 to 2 years, depending on the specific bundle purchased. This warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please note that if a replacement is made, the warranty does not extend to the replaced unit. For more detailed information, please refer to our warranty agreement.

Warranty/Damage Claims

While Picup Media applies strict quality control processes to ensure that you receive your delivery in pristine condition, there may be a few mishaps from time to time from the courier. Not to worry, as we've got you covered!

Warranty Transfer

The warranty is tagged to the product. As long as the current owner is able to provide us with a valid order number and receipt, the same warranty will apply.
