The GemLightbox Application
The GemLightbox Application is specifically designed to work with your smartphone and the GemLightbox.
To get started, please download and install the GemLightbox Application to your smartphone. The GemLightbox Application is available through both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Please note that the GemLightbox Application is not yet supported on some iOS and Android tablet devices.
Simply search "GemLightbox" in either the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, and follow the download instructions. Upon opening the GemLightbox Application for the first time, you will see a login screen, where you can create a free account by tapping on "Sign Up". Please complete your details and create a password. You will automatically log into the application after you sign up. Once logged in, you will remain logged in until you log out.
For security reasons, please limit the usage of your GemLightbox account to one smartphone device. You can create new accounts for additional smartphone devices. If you have lost your password or need to reset it, please see this article here.
