Every user is eligible to use the dashboard for free on the freemium plan which includes 3 GB of cloud storage and shareable links as well as the use of default standard features. To acquire further functionality subscribe to a paid plan.
Follow the instructions below to subscribe to one of Picup Media's Subscription Plans tailored to your specific needs.
1. In the GemLightBox dashboard, navigate to the Settings section and select the Subscriptions tab.
2. Click on the "Try 14 days for free" button on the plan which you would like to subscribe to.
3. Select whether you'd like to be billed monthly or annually and press "Go To Payment."
Note: Every subscription plan comes with a 14 day free trial period. Upon the completion of your trial period, you will be billed on a prorated basis until the end of the month and then fully billed on the beginning of the next month.
4. Enter your Billing and Credit Card details and press "Pay Now."
5. Once payment has been processed you should see a payment success message.
6. The Subscriptions tab in the settings section of your dashboard should display to which plan you are subscribed to and how many days you have left on your free trial.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
1. In the GemLightBox dashboard navigate to the Settings section, select the Subscriptions tab and press on the "Cancel Plan" button on the plan which you are subscribed to.
2. Click "Confirm" in the first warning pop-up.
3. Click "Yes, I'm Sure" in the second warning pop-up.
4. The Subscriptions tab in the settings section of your dashboard should display how many days you have left on your subscription plan before it expires and you are reverted back to the freemium plan.
To renew your monthly subscription while you are still on the free plan, follow the steps below:
1. In the Hub dashboard navigate to the Settings section, select the Subscriptions tab and press on the "Renew Subscription" button in the banner which displays the date when your plan expires.
2. Click "Confirm" in the pop-up which displays that you have successfully renewed your subscription.
3. The subscriptions tab in your dashboard should display that you are back on the 14 day free trial and how many days you have available before it expires.
To renew your subscription after the free plan has expired or after cancelling your plan, follow the steps below:
1. In the Hub dashboard navigate to the Settings section, select the Subscriptions tab and press on the "Upgrade" button to the plan of your choice.
Note: The 14 day free trial is a one time offer and cannot be used more than once.
2. Select whether you'd like to be billed monthly or annually and press "Go To Payment."

4. Enter your Billing and Credit Card details and press "Pay Now."

1. In the Hub dashboard navigate to the Settings section, select the Subscriptions tab and press on the "Renew Subscription" button in the banner which displays the date when your plan expires.
2. Click "Confirm" in the pop-up which displays that you have successfully renewed your yearly subscription.
3. The Subscriptions tab in the settings section of your dashboard should display to which plan you have renewed your subscribed to.
Depending on your business needs, you can choose which plan is best for you.
Note: You can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want.
