Retouching Services Pricing
Our pricing guide is based on the number of images ordered:
- 1 -50 images: US$5 per image
- 50+ images: US$4.50 per image
- 200+ images: US$4 per image
We also offer these services:
- Hallmarking - US$2 per image
- PSD/TIFF Files - US$2 per image
- Gold Tone Manipulation - US$3 per image

Retouching Services Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time is based on the number of images ordered:
- 1-50 images: 72 hours or 3 business days
- 50-200 images: 96 hours or 4 business days
- 200+ images: 96+ hours or 4+ business days
Please note delivery timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.
Whilst we endeavor to get your images back to you within the committed timeframes above, unforeseen circumstances such as large batch orders may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. For more information, please click this link here.
Downloading Your Images
Once your images have been retouched by our team, we will send you an email from support@picupmedia.com with a link to download your retouched images.
If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Your images can also be downloaded from your Picup Media Dashboard by following the steps here.
