The GemLightbox comes with a 7-day return policy. The 7 days only begin after it has arrived at your shipping address. This can be confirmed via your order's tracking number.

Please note that return shipping will not be reimbursed. Shipping will go to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, or Hong Kong.
