My GemLightbox app is lagging, what do I do?
When you are experiencing that the GemLightbox app is lagging, you will need to check and follow the steps below:
- For best results and user experience with the GemLightbox Application, we would recommend using a smartphone model that is released within the last 3 years. Then, check and install pending updates of your smartphone. Go to Settings > Software Update > install.
- Install recent GemLightbox update. Go to Play Store (Android smartphone) and App Store (iOS smartphone) > search GemLightbox > Install update.
- Lastly, ensure that there are no other apps running in the background.
