How long does it take to charge GemLoupe?

The GemLoupe battery will be fully charged in approximately 1 to 2 hours of charging.

What is the battery life span of GemLoupe?

Battery usage is currently at 1 hour if all light intensity is at a maximum. That said, a maximum light intensity setting is rarely used. As a common user, the battery should last for 2 hours.

My GemLoupe does not seem to be charging, what do I do?

All GemLoupes come with a white cable that can be connected to the charging inlet to charge the GemLoupe.

Here is what you can do if your GemLoupe is not able to charge:

1. Give the original white cable a try, if you still have it.
2. Explore using a different charging cable. Experiment by plugging it into both a power socket and a laptop to see if it resolves the issue.
