What If My Images Generated Incorrectly?

If any images are generated incorrectly, simply send both the original and generated images to support@picupmedia.com.

We will be happy to review them and, if needed, restore the credits to your GemHub account.

Can I Change the Aspect Ratio of the Images Generated?

At the moment, the aspect ratio for the images generated is fixed at 1:1. 

Does GemStudio Work on Items Photographed on a Black Background?

Yes, GemStudio will work on items photographed on any background.
