How to Remove Dust from the GemCam Pro

If you notice dust or a speck appearing in your images or videos when using the GemCam Pro, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Check and clean the lens 

Unscrew the sparkle lens attached to the GemCam Pro and gently wipe the both the sparkle lens and camera lens with a lint-free cloth.

Reassemble and test

Replace the sparkle lens and take another image or video to check if the dust or speck is still present.

Verify without the sparkle lens

If the speck remains, record a video with the sparkle lens removed. This will help determine whether the issue is with the lens or the camera sensor.
