How can I maintain the same file size for photo and video?

It is not possible to have the size of the files consistent as the amount of data captured per video is dependent on factors such as:

• Length of the video;
• Size of the item; and
• Amount of details in the item

The only way to keep the image and video file size consistent is to compress it using a picture or video editor.
