How can I resize my photos using the GemLightbox app?

Our Retouching Team uses Photoshop to edit jewelry images. Should you want us to retouch your jewelry images, you can place a retouching order from us.

You can also resize and compress your photos by yourself. Please see the steps below:

1. Open your image in Photoshop.
2. Go to “Image”, located at the top of the window.
3. Select “Image Size”.
4. A new window will open.
5. To maintain the proportions of your image, click the box next to “Constrain Proportions”.
6. Under “Document Size”.
7. Save your file.

You can compress the file when saving your image from a scale of 1 - 10, with 1 being more compressed and 10 being higher quality.
