When you are experiencing that the GemLightbox app is lagging, you will need to check and follow the steps below:
- For best results and user experience with the GemLightbox Application, we would recommend using a smartphone model that was released within the last 3 years. Then, check and install pending updates of your smartphone. Go to Settings > Software Update > install
- Install recent GemLightbox update. Go to Play Store (Android smartphone) and App Store (iOS smartphone) > search GemLightbox > Install update
- Ensure that there are no other apps running in the background. For iOS users, please read this guide, and Android users, read this guide here.
