If your GemLightbox or its accessories are broken and still under warranty, fill out this Replacement Request Form and ensure to inform and attach the following details and files:
- Photos/videos of the broken unit or parts
- Order number and copy of the receipt
- Shipping address
Afterward, if you prefer, you can salvage the parts or throw away the damaged unit or broken parts.
