How to Sync Products & Media with the Dashboard

If you're a newly registered dashboard user or an existing GemLightBox mobile app user who hasn't gone through the cloud activation process in the mobile app, follow these instructions to sync your app products & media with the dashboard.

Syncing products & media with your Hub

1. The first step is to log into your GemLightBox mobile application and the follow the instructions in this article.  

2. Once you have completed the cloud activation process in the GemLightBox mobile app and all of your products have been uploaded into the Hub, log into your dashboard account where you will see all of your products and media from your GemLightBox mobile app.
