[Android] I'm not capturing images at the highest resolution, what do I do?

The GemLightbox App is configured to automatically capture the images at the maximum resolution as permitted by Android. This maximum resolution may not be the same as what your smartphone camera offers.

Please note that a higher resolution does not necessarily mean a better image quality. A higher resolution simply means that there are more pixels captured in a single image. If you wish to capture an image at the same resolution as what your smartphone camera offers, we recommend using your native smartphone camera app or an Apple iPhone.
