How to export products to a file

You can export a list of your products into a file from the GemHub in either CSV, PDF, or XLSX format.

Exporting all of your products

If you would like to export a complete list of products from the GemHub then follow these instructions:

Click on “Products” from the main menu

Mouse over the “Create Product” button on the top right-hand side and you will be presented with a drop-down of options.

Select “Export All Products”

In the pop-up window select the format that you wish to export which is either CSV, PDF, or XLSX, and click the green “Export” button.

Your products will then be exported and saved in the format you selected in the downloads folder of your browser.

Exporting selected products

If you would like to export just a selection of your products then follow these instructions:

Click on “Products” from the main menu

Use the “Filters” to search for the products that you would like to export.

Select the products that you would like to export by putting a tick in the box. You can select multiple items from both the table and thumbnail view.

Once you have selected the products you wish to export then click on the “Export” button on the right hand side of the sub menu.

In the pop up window select the format that you wish to export your selected products which is either CSV, PDF or XLSX and click on the green “Export” button.

Your products will then be exported and saved in the format you selected in the downloads folder of your browser.
