Effective for orders made after 19 July 2023, we are pleased to offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the GemLightbox Pro. If you find that the GemLightbox Pro does not deliver the results as advertised, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the guarantee is only applicable to orders made after 19 July 2023.

You must email our company email at support@picupmedia.com for your return & refund request.

When returning an item, it must include the original packaging and accessories for a full refund to be considered. Missing packaging and/or accessory may not result in a full refund.

Once we email you the return address, you must provide a tracking number to us within the next 2 business days otherwise we will deem that you no longer wish return your order.

Please note that return shipping will not be reimbursed.
